In 1997, INTRACOM, a leading telecommunications equipment manufacturer and information systems provider in S.E. Europe, founded a representative office in Belgrade in response to the challenge of covering the growing ICT needs of the Serbian business market. In June 2001, after having successfully undertaken and executed various projects to local market companies, INTRACOM expanded its business activities by establishing INTRACOM d.o.o..

INTRACOM d.o.o. engineers innovative products, provides professional services and undertakes complex and integrated large-scale technology projects across the four basic economy sectors of:

Furthermore, INTRACOM d.o.o. delivers specialized terminal devices and equipment, such as cash registers, lotto terminals, info-kiosks, energy meters etc.

  • Implementation of large-scale "turn-key" projects
  • Consulting, support, management, and outsourcing services

The company is specialized, in collaboration with major leading local and global partners, in the implementation and management of complex ICT projects, such as the Pay-Phone Network (HALO govornice), ISDN NT terminals (netMod-USB), the SS7 surveillance and monitoring system, Intelligent Networks (IN) system and the sale and service of Fiscal Cash Registers throughout Serbia.

The company's infrastructure is being continuously upgraded focusing on the demands arising from the new technological advances.

Always aiming at quality improvement and constantly gaining in new knowledge and experience, the company's investment program is focusing on activities, which take priority to the development of new collaborations and the promotion of new-state-of-the-art ICT products, contributing to the development of the national economy and infrastructure.
