Mr. Sergey Aslanian
Chairman
Mr. Aslanian was born in Yerevan in 1973. In 1996 he graduated from Moscow State University named after M.V Lomonosov. In 1997-2001 he worked as a manger of consulting department at PricewaterhouseCoopers (before 1999 - Coopers & Lybrand). In 2001 he has been a Deputy Head of IT unit at JSC TNK-BP Management (formerly JSC Tyumen Oil Company). In January 2003 he was appointed Vice-President of JSC Mobile TeleSystems, Information Technologies. Since July 2006 - Vice-President of JSC Mobile TeleSystems, Engineering and Information Technologies. Since October 2007 - President of JSC SITRONICS.
Dr. Dimitrios Klonis
Vice-Chairman
Mr. Klonis holds a Ph. D. degree in Economics from the University of London and has received a number of education awards and scholarships from the Greek government, the Bank of Greece, and the "Alexander S. Onassis" Foundation. Mr. Klonis served as a Senior Economist at the Research Department of the Bank of Greece until March 1994, an Assistant Professor at Deree College from 1987 to 1997, and a Member of the Council of Economic Advisors to the Mayor of Athens from 1990 to 1992. Mr. Klonis joined INTRACOM in April 1994 as Deputy General Manager of Corporate Finance and Administration and has been the INTRACOM Group's Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Board of Directors since October 1995. Mr. Klonis was elected a member of the Boards of Directors of INTRACOM HOLDINGS in February 2006 and INTRACOM TELECOM in July 2006, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM DEFENSE ELECTRONICS in February 2006. Mr. Klonis also held the position of Vice Chairman of the INTRACOM Group from March 2004 to February 2006. Mr. Klonis is Chairman of the Boards of Directors of the companies UNIBRAIN S.A. and KEKROPS S.A., both of which are listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, and a Member of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM's subsidiaries, as well as of INTRALOT and OMEGA BANK S.A.
Mr. Alexandros - Stergios Manos

Mr. Manos holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and a BA in Business Economics from Brown University and a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT. Mr. Manos joined INTRACOM in 1998. In January 2002, Mr. Manos joined CONKLIN CORPORATION, an INTRACOM subsidiary in Atlanta, GA, U.S., and was appointed CEO in December 2002. In March 2004 Mr. Manos was appointed General Manager of the Corporate Marketing and International Operations Service Unit, and in January 2005 Executive Director of the Telecommunications Systems Sector. In January 2006 Mr. Manos was appointed CEO of INTRACOM TELECOM.
Mr. Boris Volpe

Mr. Volpe was born in Barnaul, Russia in 1965. In 1988 he graduated from the Altai Polytechnic Institute with honors degree in mechanical engineering. In 1992 he completed post-graduate study at the Institute of Structural Macrokinetics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and in 1998 he was rewarded a Doctoral degree by the Institute of Strength Physics and Materials Science of the Siberian branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Mr. Volpe holds doctorate degree in technical sciences. In 2003 he received an MBA degree from the Open University Business School, and in 2006 he studied at INSEAD.
In 1995-1997 he worked as regional manager for Mars LLC in Novosibirsk. From 1998 to 2001 he was regional director for sales and marketing with the Russian subsidiaries of RJR and JTI Intl. From 2001 to 2004 he worked in retail business development at Alfa Bank. In 2004 he headed marketing department of the SAP representative office in the CIS, and in 2006 he was appointed as Chief Operation Officer at SAP CIS. Starting from August 2009 he worked as Chief Operating Officer, SW Group at IBM East Europe/Asia.
Mr. Agaron Papoyan

Mr. Alexander Krasovskiy

Mr. Krasovskiy was born in 1974. He graduated from Labour and Social relations Academy, qualification "Finance and Credit". From 1996 to 1998 he was a sales manager in AT&T (Lucent Technologies), later in Avaya Company. From 1998 to 2001 he was a senior adviser for sales in EMEA region in Avaya headquarters, Wien (Austria) and was in charge of sales training of company's solutions. From 2001 to 2005 Mr. Krasovsky was Head of Sales Group of Avaya CRM Solutions in Central and East Europe and CIS countries. From 2005 to 2006 - chief sales officer, Avaya (Russia). From 2006 to 2007 - vice-president for business development, BAC/StepLogic. In November, 2007 Mr. Krasovsky was appointed as vice-president for sales and marketing in Sitronics.
Mr. Evgeny Tarasov

Mr. Tarasov was born in 1977 in the Moscow region. In 2001, he graduated from the State University of Management with an honors degree in Accounting. From 2001 to 2003, he worked in the Accounting department of UPS. In 2003, he joined Rosinter and headed its reporting department in 2005. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Tarasov worked as a Financial Controller at ESN Group. Since 2008, he has been the Director of the International Reporting department at Sitronics and was appointed to the position of the Acting Vice-president for Finance and Investment in 2011.
Mr. Tarasov has been a Certified Managements Accountant (CMA) since 2006 and a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) since 2008.
Ms. Oksana Kovalevskaya

In 1995 Ms. Kovalevskaya graduated from Moscow Engineering and Physical Institute (MIFI). In 2002 she received an MBA degree from the University of Michigan Business School (USA). In 1998-2000 she worked as an Internet-provider manager at a Russian subsidiary of Sonera (formerly - Telecom Finland). In 2002-2004 she worked as a Deputy Sales Director of Closed-type JSC NTV-Plus. In 2004 she was appointed as an Executive Director of AFK Sistema, Department of Enterprise Development. In 2006 she fulfilled the duties of Deputy General Director of JSC Sistema Mass-Media, Strategy and M&A. On October 2008 she was appointed Vice-President of JSC SITRONICS, Strategy.
Mr. Konstantinos Kokkalis

Mr. Kokkalis holds a BSc degree in International Relations and Economics from Boston University and an Executive Graduate Diploma in Finance from Columbia University. In 2003, Mr. Kokkalis was appointed Business Development Executive at Intracom Holdings, while in 2006 he served at the Corporate Strategy Director at hellas online. Since 2009, he holds the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer at hellas online. Mr. Kokkalis is also a member of the Board of Directors of hellas online.
Mr. Georgios Anninos

Mr. Anninos holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering and attended post-graduate studies in Germany in the field of Telecommunications. His previous working experience includes managerial positions in large telecom organizations in Greece and Germany. Mr. Anninos joined Intracom in 1989 as a Telecom Projects Manager. Since 1994 Mr. Anninos has served as General Manager of the Chairman's Office. Mr. Anninos has been a member of Intracom's Board of Directors since 2000 and consequently he was elected member of the Board of Directors of Intracom Holdings in February 2006, as well as Executive Director of Intracom Holdings Board of Directors Office in November 2006. Mr. Anninos is also participating in the Board of Directors of several companies of the Intracom Group.
Mr. Ioannis Zafiratos

Mr. Zafiratos was born on 1964 in Athens. He holds a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. in Economics from the Department of International Economic Relations of the Saint Petersburg State University, Russia. He joined INTRACOM Group in 1992 and he was soon after relocated to Moscow where he worked as a Project Manager in the International Operations Department of INTRACOM S.A. Since 1993 he has held senior positions, including Financial Director, COO, and Board Member, in subsidiary start-ups of INTRALOT S.A. in Russia and Poland. Since 2004 he serves as Director of INTRALOT S.A. for the Russian Federation and CIS countries. In July 2006 he was elected a member of INTRACOM TELECOM's Board of Directors, and in August 2006 he was appointed Representative of INTRACOM HOLDINGS S.A. in the Russian Federation.
