| Some of the most important projects
in Serbia that INTRACOM d.o.o. was or is currently involved
are:
CARDPHONE SYSTEM
This is the first big project that was awarded to INTRACOM
by Telekom Srbija. Up to now, one contract with relevant
addenda have been signed for the total delivery of 14.400
payphones, outdoor and indoor, along with 7.000 telephone
booths, one national and 11 regional management systems.
As integral part of the whole project, Unique Balkan
Card Project - CABTO

network terminals
INTRACOM d.o.o. has signed two contracts plus a Frame
Agreement with Telekom Srbija for the supply of more
than 25.000 netMod-USB network terminals for the provisioning
of ISDN services. INTRACOM provides and develops new
firmware versions, drivers for all operating systems,
as well as management application - NCM for easy device
configuration, which are available on the web-based
Help-Desk (netmod.intracom.gr). In addition, first level
technical support is offered by INTRACOM d.o.o..
Fiscal Cash Registers
INTRACOM d.o.o. was among the first companies which
were granted the license from the Serbian government
to sell fiscal cash registers in the territory of Serbia.
Therefore, a modern local production line was set up
with manufacturing capacity of more than 2.500 fiscal
cash registers per month. Through our wide service network
prompt and high quality maintenance and technical support
are provided. Apart from the fiscal cash registers,
peripheral devices are offered like cash drawers and
bar code readers, GSM/GPRS connectivity, application
software for data entry, paper rolls and leak proof
covers.
Interconnect Billing
& SS7 monitoring
Following an international public tender, INTRACOM was
awarded by Telekom Srbija a contract to offer a reliable
and accurate platform to monitor and record the traffic
between other operators and mobile networks (063, 064,
Montenegro, SMIN), as well as to overview and control
the SS7 system. Collection of data is based on traffic
information, obtained from signalization links in transit
switches, without affecting regular performance. The
whole project will be performed in two phases. Total
of 105 signalization links will be monitored in the
first phase. INTRACOM is in charge of delivery, installation
and commissioning of the system, as well as for the
provisioning of technical support during and after the
warranty period through INTRACOM d.o.o..
IN platform
INTRACOM signed a contract for the supply, installation
and put into operation of Intelligent Networks platform
in Telekom Srbija, which in the first phase will enable
UNIVERSAL ACCESS NUMBER, FREEPHONE, TELEVOTIONG AND
PREMIUN RATE services. INTRACOM d.o.o. will be strongly
involved in the installation and will provide full local
technical support during and after the warranty period.
ATM Management
Maintaining its strategic interest in the Serbian market,
INTRACOM was recently awarded its first project in the
banking sector in Serbia, for the implementation of
a fully integrated ATM/POS & Card Management System.
The project is being implemented in co-operation with
INTRACOM d.o.o., which will offer the first-line technical
support and it is expected to be completed by the end
of june 2004.
Cooperation with Mellon Transactions
INTRACOM d.o.o. signed an Agreement for Installation
and First Level Support of POS terminals with Mellon
Transaction Technologies, a company located in Serbia.
Through its service network, which covers the territory
of Serbia and Montenegro our company will provide to
POS terminal and ATM users (banks, shops, store departments
etc.) with fast and efficient on-site installation and
per-call maintenance. Highly skilled and trained personnel
will be engaged in this project.
Galileo support
For the needs of the Serbian market INTRACOM d.o.o.
is providing installation and maintenance services to
travel agents of Galileo located in Serbia. The support
includes also hardware maintenance (both PCs and network
equipment), testing, replacement of faulty equipment
and virus protection.
