Following an
international Tender, INTRACOM was awarded the project
for the implementation of Intelligent Network Services
in TELEKOM SRBJIA, worth EUR 1.6 million.
The project includes the supply of a services
platform (Service Control Point, Service Management
Point and IVR), as well as Freephone, Premium Rate,
Televoting and Universal Access Number services.
The services platform is based on Hewlett-Packard’
s OpenCall solution. HP OpenCall is a suite of products
comprised of comprehensive development and value added
services delivery platforms for Telecommunication Operators.
OpenCall has been installed in more than 3600 implementations
in 100 countries, globally.
INTRACOM has developed a broad portfolio
of value added services for fixed line and mobile telephony
networks, as well as Voice Over IP networks. These services
can be customized according to each operator’s special
requirements.
This implementation will enable TELEKOM
SRBIJA to provide its subscribers with modern value
added services. Furthermore, by using the same platform,
new services can be introduced in the future.
Within the framework of the project INTRACOM
will supply TELEKOM SRBIJA with the required hardware,
software, and implementation, training and support services.
