| Following
an international Tender, INTRACOM was awarded the implementation
of the Monitoring System of the Signaling Network in
TELEKOM SRBIJA, worth EUR 1.2 million.
The project will enable TELEKOM SRBIJA
to effectively manage the Signaling network of its International,
Long-Distance and, partially, National exchanges.
The Monitoring System of the Signaling
Network, which is based on AGILENT’s acceSS7 product,
extracts data from all the SS7 links in a network providing
a comprehensive picture about the network, calls and
services in real time.
The same (Agilent) solution has been internationally
installed in more than 140 Telecommunication Operators
globally, such as France Telecom and Orange (France),
Telecom Italia (Italy), Vodafone (UK), KPN (Netherlands),
Sprint, AT&T, Bell South (USA), NTT (Japan) and
Telstra (Australia).
Within the framework of the project INTRACOM
will supply TELEKOM SRBIJA with the required hardware,
software, and implementation, training and support services.
