In the frame
of the enforcement of the new law for the introduction
of Fiscal Cash Registers in every hotel, shop, big or
small enterprise in Serbia, the Association for computers,
informatics, telecommunications and new media of Serbia
(AZIT) in collaboration with the Ministry of Trade,
Tourism and Services and the Ministry of Finance and
Economy organized FISKALEXPO 2004, which took place
in INTERCONTINENTAL Hotel from 23 to 25 February 2004.
INTRACOM d.o.o., INTRACOM’s subsidiary in Serbia, presented
in its stand the model of INTRACOM Fiscal Cash Register
CR 401, which produces locally and sells it specially
modified for the Serbian market. Apart from the cash
register the visitors of the stand had the opportunity
to be informed about the necessary peripheral equipment
like the drawer, the bar code reader, the card reader
and so on, as well as to test the functionality of special
application software for the introduction of the articles
in the cash register via a PC and the wireless communication
of the cash register through the GSM network with the
central control point. All the abovementioned software
was developed in collaboration with local companies
and are offered in the market only by INTRACOM d.o.o..
It worth mentioning that INTRACOM d.o.o. was among the
first companies who were awarded the license for selling
the Fiscal Cash Registers in Serbia and expects to sell
more than 10.000 pieces in 2004. The fact that the CR
401 will be very soon available in the market and as
fiscal printer will contribute in achieving INTRACOM
d.o.o.’s goal.
