In the area of Core Banking Systems, INTRACOM
has developed its own banking product PROFITS® an
On-Line Real Time customer-based and multi-currency system, which
has been designed, based on banking practices, using proven technologies
in the field (CASE tools, open systems, client server or web-based
architecture). PROFITS® constitutes a uniform environment
for front-office and back-office operations for branches, central
departments and electronic banking channels, ensuring 24-hour real-time
processing of banking transactions. By means of proper user-definable
security and authorization rules which are parametrically defined
according to the Bank's internal policies and procedures, PROFITS®
facilitates standardization of operational flow, and maximizes productivity
and quality of customer service. Moreover, its customer-centered
architecture and modular design ensure the easy creation of new
banking products and enable the implementation of relationship banking
practices, according to the dynamically changing market needs.
In the area of Insurance Systems, INTRACOM offers
the new Integrated Insurance System "PREMIUM®"
to insurance organizations and companies which aim both at effectively
supporting and conducting the distribution and management of their
insurance products, as well as at improving the quality of provided
services. The new product covers the general insurance (non-life)
sector and it will shortly also cover Life and Health insurance.
The design of the system is client-centric and multi-currency and
its main characteristic is the ability to cover different types
of distribution networks and all operations for Policy Administration
and Claims Management.
